This website doesn’t collect your information

The contact form on this site doesn’t send anything to us. When you fill it in and tap Text this to Pup Town, it opens your own messaging app with the details already written out. Nothing is sent until you press send — and when you do, it reaches us as an ordinary text message, not through this website.

We don’t use cookies

This site sets no cookies and saves nothing on your device. There’s nothing here to accept, decline, or opt out of.

Basic visit counts

Our website host, Framer, counts page visits so we can see which pages people find useful. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you. Your IP address and browser details are turned into a scrambled code using a key that’s thrown away and replaced every day, so visits can’t be traced back to you or followed over time.

Typefaces

This site loads its lettering from Google Fonts, which means Google’s servers see your IP address when the page loads. We don’t send Google anything else about you, and it isn’t used to identify you.

When you call or text us

If you call or text us — including sending your dog’s vaccination records — we receive that message the way we’d receive any other call or text. Messages and calls are seen by Pup Town management and staff who handle customer inquiries and stays.

We keep vaccination records and messages on the business phone only as long as we reasonably need them for your dog’s current or future stays and for our business records.

Links to other sites

Our Facebook page and the “Get directions” link go to Facebook and Google. Once you’re there, those companies’ own privacy practices apply.
